Niko, or better known as “The Golden Perfection”, is my male, year old, 70 pound Golden Retriever. He was born on May 4th 2010 in Dickerson MD at Morning Spring Kennel, and he came home on August 18th 2010. From that day forth my life has been a little brighter.  My life without my baby Neeks would just not be complete. This boy came into my life after I had been going through some pretty tough times. I guess you could say he saved me. He made me laugh when I didn't even wanna smile.  Niko is such a klutz, and as a puppy he was always tripping over his feet, rolling off the bed, or even worse running in to the sliding glass door. Niko loves the simple things in life, including rolling around in mud until every part of him is no longer gold, but brown! He is also obsessed with the garden hose. You cannot pull it out without him attacking the water.  He loves his brothers and he just loves to play and wrestle with them.  All my boys are attached at the hip. Niko is extremely smart and he learned all of his basic commands by the time he was 5 months. Niko was also a very laid back puppy, as well as very laid back for a Golden.  He’s so mellow that he will let you do anything to him. I know I found this Golden Boy for a reason and it was to make my life brighter everyday. I don't know what I would do without my Neeky Bones. Niko is PAL registered with the AKC.
